Instructions
- Blend the coconut beverage, frozen cherries, maple syrup, cocoa powder, and vanilla in a high-speed blender. Add frozen cauliflower if desired.
- Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 48 hours.
