Paleo Hazelnut Fudge

toasted hazelnuts, chopped
Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut milk together in a medium saucepan over low heat.
- Stir in honey and hazelnut extract until well combined.
- Add chopped hazelnuts to the mixture and stir.
- Transfer the mixture to an 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
- Refrigerate the fudge for 3 hours until set.
- Slice and serve.
