Paleo Hazelnut Fudge

Ingredients

  • cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon hazelnut extract
  • 1 cup toasted hazelnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate chips and coconut milk together in a medium saucepan over low heat.
  2. Stir in honey and hazelnut extract until well combined.
  3. Add chopped hazelnuts to the mixture and stir.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
  5. Refrigerate the fudge for 3 hours until set.
  6. Slice and serve.
