Instructions
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix with the appropriate seasonings.
- Strain the egg mixture through a sieve to ensure smoothness.
- Preheat the frying pan and add olive oil.
- Pour 1/3 of the egg mixture into the pan and let it cook slightly.
- Fold the cooked egg to one side and add more egg mixture to the empty space.
- Repeat the folding and rolling process with the remaining egg mixture.
- Once cooked, wrap the rolled egg in a kitchen towel and shape it.
- Slice into pieces and serve.
