Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Cut the hanpen into small cubes and add it to a blender with the other ingredients.
- Blend the mixture for 30 seconds to 1 minute and let it settle.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Once baked, remove the omelette and carefully flip it onto a rolling mat.
- Score the omelette to make rolling easier and roll it into a cylinder shape.
- Secure the roll with rubber bands and let it cool slightly.
- Refrigerate the rolled omelette overnight before slicing and serving.
