Instructions
- Prepare the first tier dishes by cooking and assembling the colorful appetizers.
- Make the two-colored eggs, candied sardines, sweet rolled omelette, sweet black beans, kamaboko, candied chestnuts, kombu rolls, and herring roe.
- For the second tier, cook the simmered shrimp and prepare the daikon and carrot salad.
- Add burdock root and vinegared lotus root to the second tier.
- For the third tier, prepare simmered vegetables, roast beef, glazed ham, and beef roll ups.
- Arrange all the dishes in a tiered box or a square baking dish for presentation.
