Instructions
- Make the honey simple syrup by boiling honey and water, then simmering for 10 minutes.
- Blend strawberries and water until smooth, then strain to separate the seeds.
- Muddle fresh basil with 2 tablespoons of water to release its flavor.
- In a pitcher, combine lemon juice, water, muddled basil, and strawberry puree.
- Add the cooled honey simple syrup and mix well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving over ice.
