Lavender Basil Lemonade

fresh basil, roughly chopped

honey or coconut and/or granulated sugar

freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions
- Boil the lavender and 2 cups of water in a small saucepan.
- If using coconut or granulated sugar, add it to the boiling water.
- Remove from heat, add basil, cover, and steep for 10 minutes.
- Squeeze lemon juice into a tall glass pitcher.
- Stir in honey and 3 cups of water.
- Strain the steeped mixture into the pitcher with lemon juice.
- Stir well and adjust sweetness with water or honey as needed.
- Chill in the fridge until well chilled.
- Serve over crushed ice and garnish with lavender and basil.
