Instructions
- Prepare the lavender honey simple syrup by combining all ingredients in a saucepan and heating until boiling.
- Reduce heat and let simmer for 5 minutes, stirring until honey dissolves.
- Let the mixture cool and infuse overnight in the fridge.
- Strain the lavender from the syrup before using.
- In a pitcher, mix together the lemon juice, filtered water, and lavender-infused honey simple syrup.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more syrup or water as desired.
- Serve over ice.
