Lavender Lemonade

The lemonade

freshly squeezed lemon juice

lemon slices for garnish

fresh lavender sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Rub the lavender and sugar together in a saucepan until fragrant.
- Add 1 cup of water and bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
- Remove from heat and steep for at least 30 minutes.
- Strain the syrup into a pitcher.
- Add the lemon juice and remaining 4 cups of water to the pitcher.
- Stir well and chill before serving over ice with garnishes.
