Ingredients

  • 1 cup packed cilantro
  • ½ cup packed mint leaves, no stems
  • a pinch red pepper flakes
  • 2 small cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ras el Hanout
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small blender.
  2. Puree until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Add a drop of water if the mixture is too thick.
