Ingredients

Seasoning Mix

  • cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon coarse salt
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Snack Mix

  • 3 cups Wheat Chex
  • 3 cups Rice Chex
  • 2 cups Multigrain Cheerios
  • 2 cups mini pretzel twists
  • 2 cups whole grain Goldfish Crackers
  • ½ cup roasted peanuts
  • ¼ cup roasted cashews
  • 4 cups air popped popcorn (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250°F and coat 2 baking sheets with cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cereals, pretzels, Goldfish crackers, peanuts, and cashews.
  4. Drizzle the seasoning mix over the snack mix and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheets in an even layer.
  6. Bake for 1 hour or until lightly browned, then let cool.
  7. If using, fold in the popcorn and store in airtight containers.
