Orange Blossom Cocktail
Ingredients
The cocktail

gin

fresh lime juice, lemon juice, or Meyer lemon juice

orange blossom simple syrup

a few drops
blood orange bitters (or orange bitters)

2–3
ounces
sparkling wine (cava, prosecco, or sparkling rose)
Optional ingredients

sugar for rimming glasses (Demerara sugar is pretty)

dried citrus slices (tangerines, mandarins)
Instructions
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add gin, orange blossom simple syrup, bitters, and lime or lemon juice.
- Shake well until the shaker is cold.
- Rim your cocktail glass with sugar by moistening the rim with a citrus wedge and dipping it into the sugar.
- Pour the cocktail into the glass.
- Float sparkling wine on top and garnish with dried citrus slices or edible flowers.
