Blood Orange Gin Sparkler

Instructions
- Combine water, sugar, rosemary, and bay leaf in a saucepan and heat until simmering to dissolve sugar.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture infuse for 10 minutes, then strain and cool.
- Juice the blood oranges to get 3 tablespoons of juice for each drink.
- In a glass, mix equal parts gin, blood orange juice, and tonic water with a bit of rosemary syrup and ice.
- Stir to combine and serve.
