Instructions
- Combine sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil until dissolved.
- Make a paste with matcha and a little simple syrup, whisk until smooth.
- Combine the matcha paste with the remaining simple syrup and whisk until smooth.
- Tear mint leaves and muddle them in a tall glass.
- Add rum, vodka, and matcha simple syrup to the glass and stir.
- Fill the glass with ice up to about 2/3 full.
- Top with club soda and garnish with mint leaves and/or green tea bag tags.
