Ingredients

  • 20 leaves mint
  • 2 cups cubed mangos
  • cups seltzer water/club soda/sparkling water
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup white rum
  • ¾ to 1 cup simple syrup

Instructions

  1. Blend the mango cubes and mint until smooth.
  2. Add seltzer water and lime juice, then blend briefly to combine.
  3. Pour the mango mixture into a pitcher and stir in the white rum.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness with simple syrup, stirring again.
  5. Serve over ice.
