Ingredients

The margarita

  • 3 cups cubed frozen mango
  • ΒΌ cup fresh lime juice
  • 3 ounces silver tequila
  • 2 ounces Cointreau
  • 3 handfuls ice cubes

For serving

  • to taste sea salt
  • as needed lime slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Blend the mango, lime juice, tequila, and Cointreau until smooth.
  2. Add the ice and blend to your desired consistency.
  3. If the mixture is too thick, let it sit for a few minutes to thaw slightly.
  4. Moisten the rims of the glasses with a lime wedge and dip in salt if desired.
  5. Pour the mango mixture into the glasses and garnish with lime slices.
