Mango Margarita

The Rim

chile powder

Instructions
- Blend the mango until pureed, then add ice, tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, and super fine sugar, and blend until smooth.
- Combine chile powder and kosher salt on a small plate.
- Moisten the rim of a glass with a lime wedge and dip it into the chile powder mixture to coat.
- Pour the margarita into the prepared glass and serve with a lime wedge.
