Instructions
- Sauté the chopped carrots in coconut oil for about 10 minutes.
- Add the chopped potato waffle fries, cooked wild rice, tomato sauce, and chicken broth to cover the ingredients.
- Cover and let the stew simmer for a few hours.
- Add the broccoli about half an hour before the stew is done.
- Remove the chicken, shred it with two forks, and return it to the stew.
