Instructions
- 1. Place the nuts, dates, and cherries in a food processor and pulse until well ground.
- 2. Add vanilla, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, and salt to the mixture and pulse to combine.
- 3. Remove the mixture from the food processor and press it into an 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
- 4. Refrigerate the mixture overnight for 6-8 hours.
- 5. Cut into squares and serve.
