Creamy Broccoli Cheddar Soup

Instructions
- Melt butter in a large pot over medium-high heat and sauté the onion until softened.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
- Pour in the chicken broth, heavy cream, broccoli, grated carrot, dry mustard, nutmeg, salt, and pepper, and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until the broccoli and carrots are tender.
- Mix in cream cheese and cheddar cheese until melted, then serve.
