Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, baking powder, brown sugar, salt, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon.
- Cut the cold butter into small chunks and mix it into the dry ingredients until you have pebble-sized pieces.
