Instructions
- Prepare the cookie dough by whisking together the heat-treated flour, cornstarch, and salt, then beating the butter and brown sugar until fluffy before adding egg whites and vanilla.
- Incorporate the flour mixture and fold in chocolate chips, then refrigerate the dough.
- Preheat the oven and prepare a muffin pan with liners.
- Make the cupcake batter by whisking dry ingredients and mixing wet ingredients separately, then combining them.
- Fill cupcake liners and bake until golden brown, then cool slightly.
