Instructions
- Combine water, sugar, and honey in a saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- Add rosemary sprigs and boil for an additional minute, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Allow the syrup to cool and pour it into a sealed glass container.
- In a cocktail glass, mix whiskey, bitters, and the rosemary and honey simple syrup.
- Add a large ice cube and garnish with an orange peel and a rosemary sprig before serving.
