Instructions
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Mix the sauce ingredients in a small bowl or jar and set aside.
- Slice the steak into thin strips.
- Prepare the shallot, garlic, green onions, and snow peas.
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook shallot and garlic for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the beef strips, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Add snow peas and green onions, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Stir in the noodles and bean sprouts, then pour the pad thai sauce over everything and mix well.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes until everything is combined and heated through.
- Serve immediately with lime juice and red pepper flakes if desired.
