Instructions
- 1. Boil the tortellini according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- 2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil and sun-dried tomato oil.
- 3. Sauté the garlic for a minute before adding the shrimp.
- 4. Cook the shrimp until almost done, then add the whipping cream, chicken broth, paprika, salt, sugar, and black pepper.
- 5. Bring the sauce to a simmer and then add the tortellini, stirring to combine.
- 6. Add the parsley and serve immediately.
