Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add garlic and sauté briefly, then add shrimp and cook until opaque.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes with oil, white wine, cooking cream, and salt; stir to combine, then add the tortellini.
- Stir in parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
