Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat a skillet with olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic lightly.
- Add the sun-dried tomatoes and chili flakes, stirring until the oil becomes slightly red.
- Add the shrimp, salt, and parsley leaves, and stir to combine.
- Transfer the shrimp to the oven and roast for 10 minutes.
