Instructions
- Prepare the garlic butter by mashing together butter, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
- Pat the shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook for 1-2 minutes without moving them until browned.
- Flip the shrimp and add the garlic butter to the pan, cooking for another 1-2 minutes until the shrimp are opaque.
