Ingredients

  • 1 lb Large shrimp (peeled and deveined, preferably with tails left on)
  • ¼ cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley
  • ¼ tsp Red pepper flakes
  • ¾ tsp Sea salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the garlic butter by mashing together butter, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
  2. Pat the shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  4. Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook for 1-2 minutes without moving them until browned.
  5. Flip the shrimp and add the garlic butter to the pan, cooking for another 1-2 minutes until the shrimp are opaque.
