Ingredients

The shrimp

  • 1 pound shrimp

The sauce

  • 1 stick butter
  • 6-7 cloves garlic, minced
  • ΒΌ cup white wine
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • for garnish fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt butter over medium heat until foaming.
  2. Add the shrimp and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook for 60 seconds, then add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  4. Add the white wine and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Toss with parsley and additional salt before serving.
