Olive Herb Bread

Instructions
- Combine the dry ingredients in a large pot or bowl and stir until evenly mixed.
- Chop the olives and add them along with warm water to the dry mixture, stirring until moistened.
- If the dough is not cohesive, add more water gradually until it forms a ball.
- Cover the bowl loosely and let the dough sit at room temperature for 2 hours.
- After resting, sprinkle flour on the dough and your hands, then shape it into a smooth ball.
- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment or foil and sprinkle with cornmeal, placing the dough on it.
- Let the dough rise for 1 to 1.5 hours until it has doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Make shallow slashes on the dough's surface.
- Brush the dough with water and bake for 30 minutes.
- Allow the bread to cool on a wire rack before slicing.
