Instructions
- Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Melt butter in a skillet on medium-low heat and scramble eggs for about 3 minutes. Place ¼ cup refried beans in the center of a warm tortilla. Add ¼ of the scrambled eggs, ⅛ cup of salsa, ¼ cup of cheese, and a slice of bacon or sausage. Fold over the tortilla and serve warm.
