Easy Cauliflower Soup

Instructions
- Heat a large pot over medium-high heat and add the cooking fat.
- Sauté the onions until softened, then add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the cauliflower florets, broth, thyme, and rosemary, and bring to a low boil.
- Cover and simmer until the cauliflower is tender, about 20-25 minutes.
- Blend half of the soup mixture until smooth and return it to the pot.
- Stir in the milk, cheese, and kale, and heat until the kale wilts.
- Add the bacon, chives, and parsley, and adjust seasoning before serving.
