Instructions
- Combine the flours in a bowl or on a countertop.
- Add the whisked egg and mix it into the flour.
- Stir in the beet juice and gradually add water until the dough forms a dryish mass.
- Knead the dough on a counter for 7-10 minutes until silky and cohesive.
- Wrap the dough in plastic and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough thinly using a rolling pin or pasta machine.
- Cut the rolled dough into fettuccine noodles.
- Cook the noodles in boiling salted water for about 1 minute.
