Brown Butter Brussels Sprouts Pasta

Instructions
- 1. Brown the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until golden brown, then set aside.
- 2. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta until al dente, then drain.
- 3. Toast the hazelnuts in a small sauté pan over medium heat until browned and fragrant, then chop and set aside.
- 4. In a large pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic and shallot for 2 minutes.
- 5. Add the Brussels sprouts and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- 6. Stir in the cooked pasta and hazelnuts, then pour the browned butter over the mixture.
- 7. Mix well and heat through, then add Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 8. Serve immediately.
