Instructions
- Boil two pots of water.
- Prepare the Brussels sprouts by removing damaged leaves and the stem, and making a cross on the core.
- Cook the Brussels sprouts in salted boiling water for about 15 minutes.
- Cook the spaghetti in the second pot of boiling water.
- In a sauté pan, melt finely chopped onion with olive oil on low heat.
- Add white wine, cream, parmesan, and pine nuts to the sauté pan, seasoning lightly with salt and pepper.
- Drain the Brussels sprouts, cut them in half, and add to the sauce, warming on low heat.
- Drain the spaghetti and mix it into the sauce.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
