  • ¾ cup Nutritional Yeast flakes
  • ¾ cup raw tahini
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • teaspoons Himalayan salt
  • ½ cup water

Instructions

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  2. 2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. 3. Adjust seasonings to taste.
  4. 4. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. 5. Chill for at least 1-2 hours before serving.
  6. 6. Serve with raw veggies or chips.
