Cheesy Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Remove roasted red peppers from the jar, blot excess water, and chop them.
- In a bowl, soften the cream cheese in the microwave for easier stirring.
- Add mayonnaise, onion, garlic, and Dijon mustard to the cream cheese and stir to combine.
- Mix in the grated cheese and diced peppers until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to an 8x8 dish or pie plate.
- You can refrigerate it if cooking later, even a couple of days ahead.
- Bake in the oven for 30-45 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips, pita chips, crackers, or baguette slices.
