Instructions
- Blend the roasted red peppers with a couple tablespoons of their liquid until smooth, adding water if needed.

- Simmer the sauce on low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring often until thickened.
- Stir in the heavy cream and heat through, adding salt if needed before serving warm.
