Instructions
- Cook the pasta al dente in salted boiling water according to package instructions.
- In a blender or food processor, combine roasted red peppers, onion, and garlic, and blend until smooth.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, then add the red pepper mixture and sauté for about 5 minutes until simmering.
- Stir in the chicken stock, honey, salt, crushed red pepper, black pepper, and basil, and let it simmer for another 5-10 minutes.
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the sauce, tossing to combine.
- Serve immediately, garnished with optional toppings if desired.
