The pasta
Instructions
- Sauté the onion and garlic with oil or broth until the onions are caramelized.
- Add the sautéed mixture to a blender.
- Include the roasted red peppers and the remaining ingredients (except basil/parsley) into the blender.
- Blend on high until smooth.
- Add the basil/parsley and pulse to chop into the sauce.
- Cook the pasta according to package directions and serve with the sauce.
