Ingredients

  • ½ avocado avocado
  • 16 oz jar of roasted peppers, drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • a pinch salt
  • a pinch pepper

Instructions

  1. Scoop out the avocado and place all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, scraping down the edges if necessary.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if desired.
  4. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
