Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

heavy cream or non-dairy milk/cream

Instructions
- Blend all ingredients except for the cream in a high-speed blender or food processor, starting at low speed and increasing to high until smooth.
- Transfer the blended sauce to a small saucepan over low heat.
- Stir in the cream and continue to heat, stirring occasionally until warm and smooth, about 2-4 minutes.
- Season to taste and serve immediately.
