Ingredients

Pumpkin Pie Filling

  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 15 oz pumpkin puree
  • 12 oz evaporated milk

Homemade Pie Crust

  • cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 5 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a small bowl.
  2. Beat the eggs until light and pale in a stand mixer.
  3. Combine the sugar-spice mixture with the eggs.
  4. Add the pumpkin puree and blend until combined.
  5. Stir in the evaporated milk and mix well.
  6. Pour the mixture into a prepared pie shell.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 40-50 minutes until a knife comes out clean.
  8. Cool on a wire rack and refrigerate until serving.
