Paleo Chicken Noodle Soup

Instructions
- 1. Bring chicken stock to a boil in a medium pot, then reduce to a simmer.
- 2. Add celery and carrots to the pot and simmer for 10-20 minutes.
- 3. Add zucchini noodles and chicken, and cook until zucchini is tender.
- 4. Serve hot.
