Vegan Overnight Oats (VOO)

  • cup regular oats
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ scoop (2 tbsp) Amazing Grass Amazing Meal Chocolate Powder

Banana Soft Serve

  • 1 frozen banana

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients for the Vegan Overnight Oats in a small bowl and refrigerate overnight.
  2. In the morning, process the frozen banana until smooth, adding a little milk if necessary.
  3. Layer the banana soft serve and the overnight oats in a small glass.
