Ingredients

The overnight oats

  • cup regular oats
  • ¾-1 cup almond milk
  • ¼ scoop Amazing Grass Chocolate Infusion protein powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

The carob banana soft serve

  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp carob powder

Toppings

  • to taste coconut

Instructions

  1. Combine the dry ingredients (chia seeds, oats, protein powder) in a bowl.
  2. Add the wet ingredients (vanilla and almond milk) and whisk until smooth.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture overnight or for at least 2 hours.
  4. For the carob banana soft serve, process the frozen banana in a food processor until smooth.
  5. Add the carob powder to the banana and process until combined.
  6. Layer the overnight oats with the carob banana soft serve in a dish.
  7. Sprinkle with coconut before serving.
