Instructions
- Combine the dry ingredients (chia seeds, oats, protein powder) in a bowl.
- Add the wet ingredients (vanilla and almond milk) and whisk until smooth.
- Refrigerate the mixture overnight or for at least 2 hours.
- For the carob banana soft serve, process the frozen banana in a food processor until smooth.
- Add the carob powder to the banana and process until combined.
- Layer the overnight oats with the carob banana soft serve in a dish.
- Sprinkle with coconut before serving.
