Ingredients

The base

  • ½ cup organic oats
  • cups almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 scoop Amazing Grass Chocolate Protein Powder
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 large banana, chopped or mashed
  • a very tiny pinch sea salt

The topping

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • to taste coconut (for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together.
  2. Add the wet ingredients (almond milk and vanilla) and whisk until combined.
  3. Stir in the chopped banana.
  4. Place the mixture in the fridge overnight.
  5. In the morning, stir the oats and add your desired toppings.
