Cranberry Apple Leek Whole Grain Stuffing

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Bake the cubed bread in a baking dish for 15 minutes, then transfer to a large mixing bowl.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté leek, celery, cloves, apple, and cranberries for 8 minutes.
- Add sage, pecans, seasoning, salt, and pepper, and cook for an additional minute.
- Combine the vegetable-cranberry mixture with the bread crumbs and moisten with enough broth.
- Transfer the stuffing mixture to a casserole dish and bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
