Ingredients

The crust

  • 1 pkg. graham crackers, crushed (about 9 crackers)
  • cup sugar
  • 6 tbs. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

The filling

  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz whipped topping (aka Cool Whip)
  • 3 lemons
  • 1 lime
  • boysenberry jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine the crushed graham crackers, sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon, then press into a pie pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 8 minutes and let it cool for at least 15 minutes.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk with the juice from the lemons and lime, then whisk together.
  5. Fold in the whipped topping and stir until combined.
  6. Pour the lemon mixture into the cooled pie crust and freeze overnight.
  7. Before serving, remove the pie from the freezer about 10 minutes ahead of time.
  8. Whisk a few tablespoons of boysenberry jam with a tablespoon of water until you achieve a good consistency, then pour over slices before enjoying.
