Instructions
- Slice the steaks down the center and pound them to ½-inch thickness, then season with salt and pepper.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with the beaten egg, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge the steaks in flour, dip in the egg, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat until it reaches 350°F.
- Fry the steaks for 4-5 minutes, flipping halfway through, then remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve with katsu sauce.
